مقررات استادیوم
راهنمای ورود به ورزشگاه:
تماشاگران عزیزی که با مراجعه به وب سایت سامانه به آدرس footballeticket.ir، با کدملی بلیت خریده اند می‌بایست جهت تماشای مسابقه و استقرار خود، مراحل ذیل را طی نمایند:

مواد غذایی / مایعات / اقلام مصرفی
پرچم ها و اقلام سیاسی / توهین آمیز / تجاری
اقلام الکترونیکی، موسیقی و مخابراتی
برگزارکنندگان رویداد این حق را برای خود محفوظ می‌دارند که تصمیم نهایی را در مورد ممنوعیت ورود یا ورود کالا به ورزشگاه بگیرند، که باید رعایت شود. لیست موارد ممنوعه در آیین نامه رفتار ورزشگاه گنجانده شده است .
رفتار در استادیوم

۱.۲پیروی از تمام دستورالعمل ها و دستورالعمل های ارائه شده توسط سازمان دهندگان رویداد، پلیس یا سایر مقامات/افسران خدمات اضطراری؛
۱.۳فقط به مناطق استادیوم که توسط بلیط آنها مجاز است، یا مناطق استادیوم تعیین شده توسط عملکردی که برای آن اعتبارنامه دارند، دسترسی داشته باشند، و آنها باید فقط از طریق ورودی(های) تعیین شده به این مناطق دسترسی داشته باشند، مگر اینکه توسط سازمان دهندگان رویداد مربوطه دستور دیگری داده شود.

۲. همه افرادی که وارد ورزشگاه می‌شوند، داخل و خارج می‌شوند، در صورت لزوم، از جمله در مورد افراد معتبری که مطابق با شرایط و ضوابط معتبر اعتبارسنجی خود عمل می‌کنند، به صراحت توسط سازمان‌دهندگان رویداد اجازه داده نشده باشد، نباید:
۲.۱هر اقلامی را که طبق این آیین نامه رفتاری ورزشگاه یا هر قانون، مقررات، خط مشی ها و رویه های قابل اجرا دیگری ممنوع است، به ورزشگاه بیاورید یا در آن ذخیره کنید.
۲.۲ وارد زمین بازی یا مناطقی که بلافاصله در اطراف زمین بازی قرار دارند؛
۲.۳. پرتاب اشیا، مواد یا مایعات از هر نوع، به ویژه به سمت شخص دیگری یا در جهت زمین بازی یا منطقه اطراف زمین بازی.
۲.۴ آتش زدن، رها کردن یا پرتاب آتش بازی، شراره، اسلحه، بمب دودزا یا سایر وسایل دودزا، وسایل آتش‌نشان یا سایر وسایلی که اثرات مشابهی دارند.

۲.۷ انجام هر گونه رفتار ضداجتماعی، ترویج هر گونه رفتار خشونت آمیز، ارعاب کننده، تهدیدآمیز یا آسیب زننده، یا رفتار خود، یا نشان دادن تمایل به رفتار خشونت آمیز، ناشایست، تهدیدآمیز و مضر یا رفتاری که ممکن است نظم عمومی را مختل کند یا موجب توهین به یک فرد شود. فرد معقول؛
۲.۸ به گونه‌ای عمل کنید که ممکن است خطرناک، تحریک‌آمیز، تهدیدآمیز، توهین‌آمیز و/یا تبعیض‌آمیز تلقی شود یا ممکن است باعث ترس فرد از امنیت خود شود.
۲.۹ ترساندن، اذیت کردن، آزار و اذیت جسمی، جنسی و/یا ذهنی هر شخص دیگری، از جمله بازیکنان و مقامات درگیر در مسابقه؛
۲.۱۰ ایجاد یا انجام هر عملی که می تواند تهدیدی برای زندگی خود یا دیگران باشد، یا آسیب رساندن یا آسیب رساندن به شخصی؛
۲.۱۱ روی صندلی‌های محوطه تماشاگران بایستید یا به هر نحوی دید دارندگان بلیت را به‌طور غیرمنطقی مسدود کنید، از جمله ایستادن در محوطه‌های ورزشگاه که مخصوص تماشاگران معلول است.

۲.۱۸آسیب به پوشش گیاهی، باغ ها، محوطه سازی، سایت های فرهنگی یا میراث طبیعی؛
۲.۱۹ استفاده از وسایلی که صدای بیش از حد تولید می‌کنند یا در بازی یا تماشای مسابقات فوتبال اختلال ایجاد می‌کنند، به استثنای دستگاه‌هایی که توسط برگزارکنندگان رویداد برای ابراز حمایت از تیم‌ها و بازیکنان فوتبال تایید شده‌اند.
۲.۲۰ انجام هر رفتار دیگری یا سازماندهی چنین رفتاری که ممکن است با آسایش، ایمنی یا لذت مسابقه برای هر دارنده بلیط، شخص معتبر، بازیکن یا مقام مسابقه دیگر تداخل داشته باشد یا ماهیت ورزشی مسابقه را مختل کند.

۲.۲۲. پرچم ها، بنرها یا پوسترها را روی سطوح سازه ها و تاسیسات در استادیوم ایمن/تثبیت کنید، دوربین های مداربسته یا سیستم های تهویه مطبوع را بپوشانید، پرچم ها، بنرها یا پوسترها را روی دیوارهای محیطی کنار زمین قرار دهید (مگر اینکه توسط برگزارکنندگان رویداد اجازه دیگری داده شده باشد)، یا در غیر این صورت از پرچم ها به هر دلیلی غیر از جنبه های جشن و دوستانه استفاده کنید. بنا به درخواست سازمان‌دهندگان رویداد، دارندگان بلیط باید فوراً پرچم‌ها، بنرها یا پوسترها را حذف کنند، از نمایش و/یا اجازه مصادره آن را بگیرند.
۲.۲۳ نوشتن، رنگ آمیزی یا ارسال هر چیزی بر روی عناصر ساختاری، تاسیسات یا معابر؛
۲.۲۴. داشتن، استفاده، نمایش، انتشار، ترویج یا مخابره هر گونه مطالب (شامل اما نه محدود به بنرها، پرچم‌ها، آگهی‌ها، پوشاک و سایر لوازم جانبی) با ماهیت سیاسی، توهین‌آمیز و/یا تبعیض‌آمیز، حاوی جمله‌بندی، نمادها یا هر ویژگی دیگر در هر نوع تبعیض علیه یک کشور، شخص خصوصی یا گروه به دلیل نژاد، رنگ پوست، قومیت، منشاء ملی یا اجتماعی، جنسیت، ناتوانی، زبان، مذهب، عقاید سیاسی یا هر عقیده دیگر، تولد، ثروت یا هر موقعیت دیگر ، گرایش جنسی یا هر دلیل دیگری
۲.۲۵ فروش یا پیشنهاد فروش هر گونه کالا (یا بلیت در تخطی از شرایط فروش بلیت فیفا و قوانین محلی)، جمع‌آوری و/یا توزیع مواد (از جمله مواد چاپی مانند آگهی‌ها، کتابچه‌ها و نشریات، مواد تبلیغاتی و پوشاک) یا هر چیز دیگری، جمع آوری وجوه یا انجام سایر فعالیت های تبلیغاتی یا تجاری بدون رضایت کتبی قبلی فیفا (از جمله نشان دادن مارک های قابل تشخیص یا علائم تجاری اشخاص حقوقی یا اشخاص برای اهداف تبلیغاتی) و یا انجام هر نوع فعالیت تبلیغاتی یا تبلیغاتی دیگری.
۲.۲۶. درخواست کمک‌های نقدی یا غیرنقدی (از جمله، اما نه محدود به نوازندگان، خوانندگان یا جمع‌آوران کمک‌های خیریه در محیط استادیوم یا محل استادیوم) بدون مجوز کتبی از سازمان‌دهندگان رویداد؛
۲.۲۷ انجام هر گونه فعالیت مربوط به قمار، شرط بندی یا طرفداری در دادگاه، از جمله شرط بندی پول یا ارزش خالص در یک رویداد و/یا مسابقه با نتیجه نامشخص؛
۲.۲۸ انجام هر گونه فعالیت مربوط به پیش بینی یا تلاش برای پیش بینی نتایج ورزشی برای سود مالی؛
۲.۲۹ پخش و/یا انتقال، از طریق تلفن همراه یا دستگاه های دیگر، نمرات مسابقه زنده یا هر فعالیت دیگری مربوط به مسابقه یا اطلاعات مربوط به فعالیت های مسابقه که از طریق سیستم آدرس عمومی و/یا صفحه نمایش های غول پیکر واقع در ورزشگاه اعلام می شود. و
۲.۳۰ هر گونه فعالیت دیگری را انجام دهید یا هر رفتاری را اتخاذ کنید که ممکن است امنیت عمومی را به خطر بیندازد و/یا به شهرت مسابقه و/یا برگزارکنندگان رویداد آسیب برساند، همانطور که برگزارکنندگان رویداد به صلاحدید خود تعیین می‌کنند.

Stadium rules
Guide to entering the stadium:
Dear spectators, who have purchased tickets with a national code by referring to the website of the system at footballeticket.ir, they should go through the following steps in order to watch the match and settle down:

For all AFC Competitions, a formal Stadium code of conduct shall be established between the AFC, the host country, the relevant local authority and the Stadium authority. The Stadium code of conduct shall contain provisions that help to reduce the risk of any spectator behaviour that may threaten Safety, Security or good order. If these provisions are violated, the offender(s) shall be punished in accordance with the host country’s laws and subject to eviction and/or banning from Stadiums. When drawing up the Stadium code of conduct, the following should be considered:

2.Dangerous items
• Weapons of any kind (including for self-defense), ammunition or gun parts, pierced or bladed objects, knives, cold weapons, or objects that allow violence.
• Explosives, detonators and items containing or concealing such prohibited items.
• Any other object that can be used as a weapon, for cutting, or stabbing, or as a projectile, or any object that in the opinion of the event organizers could endanger the safety of others, including umbrellas or beach umbrellas, hats Motorcycle safety, hard hats and other similar items;
• Work tools of any kind;
• Body protective equipment or corsets (unless authorized by a medical prescription), including bulletproof vests and items used in martial arts or extreme sports.

• Large items such as stairs, benches, folding chairs, boxes, cardboard containers, large bags, backpacks, suitcases and sports bags. "Large" means any object whose three dimensions of length, width and height exceed 75 cm and cannot be stored under a seat in the stadium.
• significant amounts of paper or any roll of paper;
• Any amount of powder, flour or similar material (small cosmetic elements such as pressed powder, eye shadow, blush, lipstick, gloss, etc. are allowed).
• Any type of animal except assistance dogs provided they are not prohibited by local law. Assistance dogs will only be permitted if accompanied by a disabled ticket holder with valid proof of eligibility or a valid disabled person.
Food/Liquids/Consumables
• Any other liquid exceeding 100ml, unless purchased inside the stadium, with the exception of baby milk and sterilised water in containers (including glass containers) not exceeding 1 litre per child,
• Food items of any kind, except those prepared inside the stadium or medically required or for infants or young children (a maximum of 1 litre per child, will be permitted inside the stadium. Any permitted food items must be packaged in containers that are not made of glass or otherwise not in conflict with these Stadium Code of Conduct.)
• Drugs, narcotics or stimulants of any kind, with the exception of those that are medically necessary,
Political/Offensive/Commercial Flags and Items
• Any material, including banners, pennants, advertisements, clothing and other paraphernalia, that is of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature, containing expressions, symbols or any other features intended to discriminate of any kind against a person, including but not limited to, a private person or group on the grounds of race, color, ethnicity, national or social origin, sex, disability, language, religion, political or other opinion, birth, wealth or other status, sexual orientation or for any other reason;
• Flags, banners and posters except those whose dimensions do not exceed 2 meters by 1.5 meters or have not been previously approved in writing by the event organizers, provided that in all cases such flags, banners or posters are made of non-flammable material. They are not prohibited under any of these stadium codes of conduct. All of these items must be presented at the entrance to the stadium for inspection by the event organizers.
• Flagpoles or flagpoles of any kind, except flexible or so-called bipolar poles made of non-flammable plastic, which do not exceed 1 meter in length and 1 centimeter in diameter and are not otherwise considered a safety hazard by the event organizers.
• Any advertising or commercial item, clothing or other material including, but not limited to, banners, flags, signs, symbols and advertisements or any other object, material or clothing which the Event Organizers consider to be advertising or commercial.
Electronic, musical and telecommunications items
• Electronic or high frequency radio devices or any other device which may cause interruption or damage to the broadcast or the operation of the information technology in the Stadium.
• Any musical instrument (mechanical or manual) which does not fit easily through the X-ray baggage scanner window (60 cm x 40 cm) for security screening. Ticket holders may bring musical instruments larger than the specified window size with the prior approval of the Event Organizers and the Security Screener. If the sound emitted from the relevant device interferes with the operation of the Event or the enjoyment of other Ticket Holders, the Event Organizer may ask Ticket Holders to cease using the musical instrument.
• Electronic, mechanical or hand-held devices that produce sound or other excessively loud noises, such as vuvuzelas, whistles, loudspeakers, etc. Drum heaters are also prohibited. Event organizers may ask ticket holders to stop using permitted devices inside the stadium if the sound emitted from the device interferes with the operation of the event or the enjoyment of other ticket holders.
• Devices that emit laser beams, laser pointers or similar radiation.
• Any type of television and telecommunications equipment (including professional video cameras) or other professional equipment capable of recording sound and images.
• More than one additional battery pack or rechargeable unit for any device permitted under these Stadium Code of Conduct. 1 power bank of any size is permitted per person.
• Any type of stand for photo and film equipment, such as tripods, monopods and “selfie” sticks;
• Drones and any remote-controlled aircraft;
• Binoculars (except those used by visually impaired ticket holders who have a valid medical certificate in English or Arabic) and other optical magnification equipment, except for photographic camera lenses, for non-professional purposes.
The event organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on whether or not to allow goods into the stadium, which must be observed. The list of prohibited items is included in the stadium code of conduct.
Behavior at the Stadium
1. Unless expressly authorized by the Event Organizers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must:
1.1. conduct themselves in a way that does not cause harm, injury, danger, unnecessary obstruction, alarm or discomfort to others, and does not cause any damage to property;
1.2. follow any and all instructions and directions given by the Event Organizers, police or other emergency services officials/officers;
1.3. access only the Stadium areas permitted by their Ticket, or the Stadium areas determined by the function for which they hold an Accreditation, and they must access these areas only by the designated entrance(s), unless instructed otherwise by the relevant Event Organizers;
1.4. vacate their designated or occupied seat if instructed to do so by the relevant Event Organizers on grounds of safety and security;
1.5. Wear a face mask or face shield permitted under this Stadium Code of Conduct, when required by the Event Organizers or a local health authority, unless exempt on medical grounds evidenced by a medical certificate;
1.6. dispose of waste correctly, according to the multi-bin system provided at the Stadium; and
1.7. Immediately take the necessary steps to inform the Event Organizers, police or other emergency services officials if they are aware of an accident in or immediately surrounding the Stadium or any damage caused to any Stadium property.
2. Unless expressly authorized by the Event Organizers, where appropriate, such as in respect of Accredited Persons acting in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of their Accreditation, all persons entering, inside and exiting the Stadium must NOT:
2.1. bring to, or store at, the Stadium any items prohibited under this Stadium Code of Conduct or any other applicable legislation, regulations, policies and procedures;
2.2. enter the field of play or areas immediately surrounding the field of play;
2.3. throw objects, substances or liquids of any kind, in particular towards another person or in the direction of the field of play or the area surrounding the field of play;
2.4. start a fire, release or throw fireworks, flares, guns, smoke bombs or other smoke devices, pyrotechnic devices, or other devices that produce similar effects;
2.5. restrict, obstruct or block passages, gangways, staircases and streets, entrances and exits to the Stadium, access to seating areas and emergency exits, or obstruct or interfere with open zones to traffic, or otherwise act in a way that could cause crowding in a manner that creates a risk of a crowd crush, stampede or public disturbance;
2.6. access, or facilitate access for others to, areas that are closed to the public or to which access is not authorized to Ticket Holders or under the terms and conditions of Accreditation, such as Stadium operations rooms, VIP rooms, press rooms, etc.;
2.7. engage in any anti-social behavior, promote any violent, intimidating, threatening or damaging behavior, or behave oneself, or demonstrate tendency to act in a violent, indecent, threatening and harmful manner or one that may disturb public order or cause offence to a reasonable person;
2.8. act in a manner that may be perceived as dangerous, provocative, threatening, offensive and/or discriminatory or may cause a person to fear for their safety;
2.9. intimidate, bother, harass physically, sexually and/or mentally abuse any other person, including players and officials involved in the Match;
2.10. create or do any act that can pose any threat to life to oneself or others, or hurt or injure any person;
2.11. stand on seats in the spectator areas or unreasonably obstruct the view of Ticket Holders in any way, including standing in Stadium areas reserved for spectators with disability;
2.12. climb structures and installations prohibited for general use, such as closed fences, walls, wire fences, barriers, light poles, camera platforms, trees, pools or roof tops;
2.13. use clothing or other items to conceal the face or obstruct the person’s identity, other than mandatory face masks worn for health purposes, or national, cultural or religious headwear;
2.14. curse or chant in a political, offensive and/or discriminatory manner;
2.15. act in an offensive or obscene manner by streaking, flashing, removing items of clothing or otherwise remain in a state of undress or reveal and/or expose intimate body parts or adopt behavior which is likely to offend the current standards of decency in the Event Organizers' reasonable
opinion. For the avoidance of doubt, body tattoos and body paint do not constitute clothing;
2.16. relieve themselves in any place other than a designated toilet, or litter in the Stadium by dropping objects such as trash, packaging, empty containers, etc.;
2.17. smoke, vape or use any tobacco products as well as any electronic smoking device Are forbidden.
2.18. damage vegetation, gardens, landscaping, cultural or natural heritage sites;
2.19. use devices that generate excessive noise or that interfere with the playing or viewing of football matches, excluding devices approved by the Event Organizers as being intended for expressing support for football teams and players;
2.20. practice any other conduct or organize such conduct that may interfere with the comfort, safety or enjoyment of the Competition for any other Ticket Holder, Accredited Person, player or Match official, or that may disrupt the sporting nature of the Competition;
2.21. disrupt or interfere with the operation of Stadium utilities, including power supply, lighting (including emergency lighting), ventilation, water supply, sewerage, air conditioning or any other systems;
2.22. secure/fix flags, banners or posters to surfaces of structures and installations at the Stadium, cover CCTV cameras or air conditioning systems, place flags, banners or posters on the pitch-side perimeter walls (unless permitted otherwise by the Event Organizers), or otherwise use flags for any reason other than in a festive and friendly manner. Upon the request of the Event Organizers, Ticket Holders must immediately remove, stop demonstrating and/or permit the confiscation of any flags, banners or posters;
2.23. write, paint or post anything on structural elements, installations or passages;
2.24. possess, use, display, disseminate, promote or transmit any materials (including but not limited to banners, flags, flyers, apparel and other paraphernalia) of a political, offensive and/or discriminatory nature, containing wording, symbols or any other attributes aimed at discrimination of any kind against a country, private person or group on account of race, skin color, ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, language, religion, political opinion or any other opinion, birth, wealth or any other status, sexual orientation or any other grounds;
2.25. sell or offer to sell any goods (or Tickets in violation of applicable FIFA ticketing terms and local legislation), gather and/or distribute materials (including printed materials such as flyers, booklets and publications, advertising materials and apparel) or any objects whatsoever, raise funds or conduct other promotional or commercial activities without the prior written consent of FIFA (including demonstrating discernible brands or trademarks of legal entities or individuals for advertising purposes) nor conduct any other types of promotional or propaganda activities
2.26. solicit donations in cash or in kind (including but not limited to musicians, singers or collectors of charitable donations at the Stadium surroundings or on Stadium premises) without written authorization from the Event Organizers;
2.27. conduct any activities relating to gambling, betting or court siding, including wagering of money or value-in-kind on an event and/or Match with an uncertain outcome;
2.28. conduct any activities related to predicting or attempting to predict sport results for financial gain;
2.29. relay and/or transmit, via mobile or other devices, the live Match scores or any other activity related to the Competition or information about Match activities that is announced via the public address system and/or giant screens located within the Stadium; and
2.30. practice any other activities or adopt any behavior that may compromise public safety and/or harm the reputation of the Competition and/or Event Organizers, as determined by the Event Organizers in their sole discretion.
